I called Odyssey looking for a specific wetsuit that a dozen stores and every website was sold out of. I talked with Bob on the phone and although he did not have the suit I was looking for, took the rest of his day tracking down this suit for me! Needless to say Bob went above and beyond for me, and I’ve never even met the guy. If customer service is something you’re looking for and haven’t found, Odyssey is the place for you!
