Let me just say, you’re not buying a screwdriver from Amazon. Jumping is a serious business, and these guys have to go through a lot on paperwork, and then they had some bad experiences, which makes them go through some hoops to get the financials done per policy.
I had an issue and they resolved it with me in one of the most phenomenal way, AND the associate over the phone is possibly the best trained communication expert I ever had to deal with. Unfortunately I forgot her name.. due to Vegas, but being able to deal with me with such patience is a real feat!
I highly recommend this organization, and can’t wait to jump with them again! - via
