Very bad experience! Dishonest company, poor attitude, we did not feel safe at all! Booked a car with driver package with them, they reassured it would include trips made within the hours of booking.
They subsequently claimed "excessive" use of the car and "too much petrol costs" and said we had to stop using their service this way. When all we did were 2 local trips (we stayed in ubud, visited the art market and goa gajah) and driving for breakfast/lunch and a grocery supply run! Utterly nonsense!
On top of that, our driver Ngurah was aggressive and scowled to show his discontent at the trips. He did not bother to double check the location. So when we drove to a supermarket that was not what we pointed out to him, he insisted that was enough. There were times we were worried about our safety. And this was despite daily tips given to the driver himself, and even buying food for him.
Don't be fooled by their prices. It is not the cheapest (a quick Google search brings up options that are at least equivalent). We subsequently went with one of their competitors and what a contrast it makes!
In conclusion: this company is not to be trusted. They make false promises, and their drivers are unfriendly and aggressive. Pricing wise they are also not the cheapest. If you want to have a good experience, do NOT go with them. - via
