Good staff at sales department located abroad (in Egipt). Helpful, polite and comunicative, except for my last feedback presented below. I choosen that low reviewed hotel for the location of diving center inside of it, to have two more days of diving, after an outstanding Tiger Beach day with Neal Watson, the only one Tiger Beach operator from the shore in Grand Bahama ( all the others, including Reef Oasis, are selling for him)
The manager from diving center is rude, does not have any ideea about comunication. His assistant has some lack of comunication skills too. A younger employee and at least one of divemasters are polite and mannered.
I choosen, after another two attemps, a very good local operator Grand Bahama Scuba, managed directly by owners Fred and Melinda. That decision saved my next diving days. - via
