Not a super professional operation, starting with the girl running the Pod on the resort grounds. We were more optimistic when we made the trip to the actual center to register, but the day of the dive had no prep, information, or sense of order. The staff on the boat and dives were very immature, both in age and professionalism... just get us out, down, up, and back with no real sense that they cared about making sure we were happy with the experience. - via
