Their customer service is amazing. When you are placing your life in the hands of a store, this is the sort of store you want. They did some troubleshooting on my gear so I could limit what I needed to spend and did not charge for their time. They got me set up so I can go on a planned trip and deal later with some remaining questions. Terrific people who do a terrific job. - via
