The biggest liars! We were at the intercontinental and Yasser promised us a two hour private tour with snorkeling for both adults and kids at a few different locations. The boat was 45 minutes late so they said they would add an extra hour for us totaling 3 hours. When the boys finally got there, the Snorkeling gear was not on the boat for kids! We only stopped at ONE location and the tour was 1.5 hour. They failed to deliver everything that was promised and PAID for. The only
Good thing about this experience are the two guys (Mohammed and Ehab) that were on the boat. The employee (Yasser) that we bought everything from was the biggest scammer and he refused to budge with us after we complained about everything. - via
