A BIG THANK YOU TO ANTON, CASEY, GABY and TRACY. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of instructors and dive masters. I have (or had!) a paralyzing fear of drowning and UDC helped me overcome my fear. Anton and Casey were patient and supportive. I am also grateful for the time they took to listen to my concerns. Gaby held my hand during my first descent. I panicked right before and she offered that we go down together. If it wasn’t for that, I don’t think I would have kept going. As the class went on, I gained more and more confidence and I finished!
The course over 4.5 days was well paced. I also really appreciated that we did 5 sessions in confined water (right off the dock) in addition to our open water dives. My friend went to another dive school and they only did one confined session.
I highly recommend UDC to those looking for great people and high-quality instruction in a safe environment. Thank you UDC!!! - via
