Horrible customer service and a rip off! We were scheduled to jump on August 11th but the business shut down on August 1st. While driving there we received an email and text message stating that the jump was cancelled due to the weather and we were rescheduled to jump on September 17th '16. After a 2hr 30mim drive to the location we were greeted with a closed trailer with a note stating that they were served with an injunction to stop all aviation from their airport! We had absolutely no warning! We were also unable to contact 516 Skydive to even request a refund! There were absolutely no responses! - via
