I purchased a Groupon for 2 2-person tandem kayaks for 4. I made the reservation Wednesday morning for Friday(11/18/22) morning at 10am. My group of 4 arrived 10 minutes prior to reservation time for them to be closed. I called several times with no answer. Very disappointing as not only did I drive 2 hours to get here this morning but we also traveled from Michigan for this adventure! Just because it's a good deal doesn't mean you'll get the "deal". Waste of time!! It's 11:29am and someone finally answered the phone. I was informed I was at the wrong place but definitely at the right place after describing the truck in the parking lot that was NOT there when we were. Was told by the "manager" that he was there at 10am and he doesn't know what to tell me and hung up! Unprofessional!! - via
