Good: having the required qualities of a high standard. Service: the action of helping or doing work for someone. Having travelled 9,848 kilometres from the United Kingdom to South Africa on vacation my wife and I thought we would take in the sights of the sea and go shark cage diving as we both love marine life and have been snorkeling all over the world. We chose Shark Cage Diving KZN to facilitate this dream of ours which rapidly turned into a nightmare even before we left our holiday accommodation as when my wife called to book a very rude and dismissive male who answered the call abruptly told my wife he would WhatsApp the details and we could take it from there...this was 2 days ago and sadly we have still not received any messages. I started this post with the definition of the words both good and service to demonstrate that we did not only not receive good service but not even basic service right from the start and the attitude of the staff is atrocious. - via Google
