Do not book with this company. They have refused to provide us with a refund even though no services were rendered. We asked for a reason why they would not provide a refund and they resorted to name-calling and eventually stopped responding altogether. They lack transparency, integrity, morals, and professionalism. All diving companies have been impacted by the closures in recent years and Nautilus is the only company that has refused to provide refunds. We understand that many of these circumstances are out of their control, however they have control over how they respond to the situation. Please do your research and do not book diving trips with this company. - via
