Absurdly bad. It’s my first time writing a negative review - actually, I’ll give them -5 stars.
Stupid front desk response. No responsibility for clients. No apologies. 10 days after the cancellation on their end, we still haven’t got our AOW course refund. No one replied. People kicked the ball. We’re back to US, cannot even get connected on phone.
If still don’t get responded with our money and appropriate apologies by the end of tomorrow, we’ll definitely call 911. It’s a deception. - via
