Great customer service but the rooms (since I stayed in two rooms) are a bit off. The bathroom is just okay (2/5). The light in our first room which is the "Sumilon" room is really dim. It's like sleeping in a cave. Price is alright for the stay.
If you're looking for a place to leave your stuff and roam around the city, then this is the right place. But if you want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, I do not recommend it here. - via
