I never actually went on one of their tours. The reason being that they never responded to any messages when I needed to know things. I booked a tour and needed some things clarifying. I asked and asked and never got a response. Eventually when it came to pay they got in touch. The Info they gave me was wrong and I questioned it. They were extremely rude and said I had given them the wrong info etc. I wasn't impressed and cancelled the tour. In short their lack of communication didn't fill me with confidence, and when they did communicate they were rude. - via
