I was booked to dive with JJ’s today. I was really looking forward to the experience but a few days ago I felt a sore throat coming on. I waited to see if I would start to feel better but unfortunately that didn’t happen. JJ’s was kind enough to give me a full refund even though it was past their cancellation policy deadline. From my experience with businesses this says A LOT about a company. I look forward to diving with them & sending anyone I know to them who’s looking to dive in St. Thomas. - via
