Dealing with Skydive Adventure was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. Conflicting policies, an extremely rude woman who was not willing to work with me. My boyfriend was unable to skydive on the weekend we scheduled for due to an unforeseen medical complication and she would not even discuss switching weekends. I would advise against skydiving with Skydive Adventure. There are plenty of other reputable businesses that I'm sure will provide a better experience. - via
