I purchased two gift certificates, for my kids,as a Christmas gift, and they haven’t been able to reach anyone at Sky’s the limit to schedule their jump. We have called many times and always get the voicemail and we can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. I’ve sent two emails and within minutes received an email telling me someone would be in contact with me soon and I should read their waivers in the meantime. No one has contacted me. There is a message on their website saying the airport they flew out of closed.Today I called the Pocono chamber of commerce and was told Sky’s the limit aren’t members so they can’t help me. I was instructed to report this to the BBB, I guess that’s my next step. After that, if I haven’t been contacted, I’m going to report this to the NBC10 consumers affairs investigators. I would like a refund for the purchase amount so my kids can jump with another company. Taking people’s money and not providing the services that were paid for is theft!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!! - via
