Very poor service from their event sales manager, Cait Ferguson. I wasted two months trying to get a proper proposal from her and ended up doing the site visit alone. When I was ready to sign, she was completely unresponsive. If you have to work with her, you can expect a two week response rate. A friend of a friend of mine had a similar experience working with Cait. Don't waste you time. Such an incredible venue, but not worth the headache and wasted time. - via
