I had the pleasure of completing my Staff Instructor Course with Elishia at Scuba Tours while she conducted the 2023 November Instructor Development Course. I was and remain to be incredibly impressed by her knowledge, dedication, passion and management. Not only was she very impressively running a spectacular IDC, she continued to run aspects of the shop and managed to keep everything incredibly fun, educational and high-spirited while also being serious and professional. Her encouragement and belief in her candidates was amazing to watch. She has become a massive inspiration to me and I am so glad I got to learn so much from her throughout this experience. If you thinking of beginning or advancing your career in diving, I can't recommend her enough. - via
