The instructors are all amazing. They want to be there and help your child learn how to swim. Coach Q and Coach K have been great. My only complaint is the receptionist Morgan. She’s very unprofessional and rude over the phone. Every time I walk in, she’s slouch down on the desk with her head down or on her phone. They need to either teach her professionalism as being the receptionist, or get a new one that actually looks like she wants to be there. - via
