I am very disappointed with Nautilus and their shady business practices, specifically with the Great White trip to Guadalupe Island. I purchased this trip as part of a group trip in July 2022, the trip was scheduled for October 2022 and Nautilus did sell us this trip knowing full well the park was closed for the full 2022 season and did not disclose this crucial piece of information before taking our money. Now our group has been pushed off to October 2024. Why is Nautilus selling trips they cannot deliver??? All the affected customers should be given a choice of rescheduling or a FULL REFUND for this trip, other discounted trips does not make up for deceptive business practices. Had I known the Mexican Government had closed the Guadalupe park, I would not have bought this trip, shame on you Nautilus for withholding the closure information! Smarten up Nautilus... I just read the Nautilus reply, If you really value your reputation then give the affected customers the option of a full refund. I don't want a whale watching trip and lots can and will happen in two years, what if I can't go then, you get to keep my money you refuse to refund, that is just wrong... Do the right thing and your reputation will benefit from it. - via Google
