Poor customer service for items that don't fit. Also note that if the goods do not arrive at the warehouse within 14 days of cancellation, no refund will be made. This statement is wrong. I just need to be able to prove that I sent the goods back within 14 days. I find it completely wrong to note something like that in the email in large letters. - via
