Not sure who does the booking but they were super unprofessional and standoffish with me. I kept reading awesome reviews so I was excited and wanted to do this in lieu of a college graduation. Come to find that the person doing the booking ,who runs the business i suppose, wasn't even sure when I could go. No explanation or anything, so I tried to call out certain dates and he snapped and told me to me just to check back later. Really vague about the time frame in when which appointments would be taken again. It's also disappointing because things like these need to be planned, and he wasn't even making an effort to cooperate with me. no where was it listed on the site or on the message machine that no appointments weren't available at the moment. No people skills either. when I told him I'd look somewhere else he sent a thumbs up emoji. Unbelievable. - via
