I just got off a 51 minute phone call and was transfered upwards of 7 times to try and find an answer as to why I was charged extra tuition, and no one was able to help me find out how to adjust my student aid. These are such fun and memorable experiences. I'm happy this is my last semester. Soley based on the financial aid, registrars, and cashier offices lack of knowledge about something they should be well versed in, I will never recommend SUU to anyone. Not worth the hassle of going through this EVERY semester. - via
