Alex from the PADI travel agency did not only walk one but several miles beyond the normal service one can expect from a travel agent. We threw a curve ball at her by asking for her assistance for a last minute trip to the Indian Ocean over Christmas. She managed it perfectly. This is not the easiest time to travel since most of the resorts are already fully booked. By sheer persistence she somehow managed to get us the accommodation we wanted (we are a couple with a 16 year old teenager and we always require two rooms or two beach villas adjacent to each other). It was hard work on her behalf and she came up with a reservation in Kenia that looks beautifully within the time frame given. This was outstanding service and we are very grateful!
