I signed up for the class more than a year ago. Was suppose to do my final dive to get my certificate but instead the guy that worked there called me to cancel my dive so he could have college girls go instead of me even after I explained to him I work and don't get time off to just go I already scheduled that day off work and he kept insisting I reschedule well here I am no dive certificate and I already bought equipment. I would love a refund at this time I would have to take the class over because I would not be comfortable diving. I would love for them to take back all this equipment as well also he was supposed to repair my wetsuit and I never got that back either. This place is a joke.
No I have reached out about my wetsuit multiple times. I was available to dive that weekend but scuba Steve there wanted to take college girls instead I told him I'm on call and that I had already took that weekend off but he insisted I book a later time even though I told him I don't have a normal job. But I do like the effort you tried to make on the review to save face. The one time Joe did reach out to me was to go to Cabo in February 2021 I didn't have time for that NOONE ever reached out to me other than that!!! I can swing a local dive with enough notice!!!! - via
