Ich habe innerhalb kurzer Zeit sehr schnell gelernt was wichtig ist und worauf es ankommt. Alle haben sich um einen gekümmert, es gut gelehrt, einfach und verständlich erklärt und wenn man mit etwas Probleme hatte, wurde die Übung nochmal besprochen (falls nötig) und nochmal durchgeführt. Ich hatte viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten wann ich wo meine Prüfung und meine Übungstauchgänge mache.
Man wird außerdem gut beraten, welchen Kurs man am besten als nächstes macht, man wird nicht dazu gedrängt schnell einen Kurs zu belegen.
Man bekommt eine gute Ausrüstung für jeden einzelnen Tauchgang, die von den Angestellten schnell und gut ausgewählt wird.
Durch Problematiken bei der Kündigung der Verträge und Problematiken mit Gutscheinen, nehme ich drei Sterne zurück. Der Service hat dabei sehr zu Wünschen übrig gelassen und die Geschwindigkeit der Bearbeitung hat sehr lange gedauert.
