My wife, two daughters 16, and 19, one of their friends and I had an absolutely fantastic experience with SunBuggy in Pismo Beach! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to ensure our adventure was unforgettable.
Despite a slight hiccup at the beginning due to a car stuck in the river, Alejandro kept us informed and reassured us throughout the process, making sure we were well-prepared for our day of fun. The paperwork and safety video were handled smoothly, thanks to his guidance.
Once we were ready to hit the dunes, Alex was our hero! Patient and thorough, he made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable operating the vehicles safely. Even when we encountered a minor issue with a quad's battery, the team quickly provided a solution, ensuring our adventure wasn't delayed.
Speaking of the adventure itself, it was absolutely epic! With almost nobody else on the dunes, we had the perfect opportunity to explore and enjoy the thrill of riding.
I can't thank the SunBuggy team enough for their outstanding service, both on the front lines and behind the scenes. Meeting the owner, Randy, was a delight, and it's clear that his leadership reflects in the exceptional service provided by his staff.
