Many years ago myself and 4 buddies rented equipment for a weekend of diving. When we got to our location we were missing a BC. Obviously 1 guy had to sit out on every dive. When I got back to the shop I told Todd Jr. (the owner) that I didn't use one set of gear because he didn't give us enough equipment. He said that was our fault, not his, and refused to refund us for his mistake. His horrible customer service has cost him a lot of cash, since then I have spent well over $20,000 at other dive shops in Etobicoke and Oakville, he will never see another penny of my money. It's so easy to give good customer service, but not for this place. If you want a recommendations for amazing dive shops that are close by, look at Dive World on Lakeshore near Kipling or The Dive Academy in Oakville. I have had nothing but amazing customer service from those shops. There is a reason "Mississauga Diving" has changed names so many times over the years. - via
