I was blown away with the hospitality, cleanliness, and overall comfortable and enjoyable stay we had. We met a gentleman that I assume works for the hotel who stopped and talked to my four year old about her paddington bear. When we returned to our room— there were printed paddington coloring sheets and an activity pack with colored pencils. She was thrilled. We needed to upgrade our room to a bigger one and the evening staff sorted it for us. The junior sweet was huge. Huge tub and walk in shower. Continuing, breakfast was a special treat— fill Scottish breakfast with another extremely present staff person. She even got my daughter hot chocolate and in her business bent down to toe her shoe. Truly the top hotel experiences I have ever had. Hope to be back. Thank you for everything. - via
