I'm just starting into the SCUBA hobby at age 59 and the staff of JAW has already consistently exceeded my expectations. The class and pool sessions to start off my Open Water Dive certification were conducted professionally yet were entertaining at the same time. I bought some equipment and did not feel pressured to make a choice, there was plenty of open/candid discussion and I feel that I got great gear at a good price. I'm looking forward to my dives in February to complete my certification. Then I'll continue to learn specialty certifications to grow my knowledge base. If you are even the least bit interested in SCUBA, I think that you owe it to yourself to stop in and check out this shop. - via 
An item that I ordered was out of stock for an upcoming dive trip and was not available from another source. Brett did an admirable job procuring the part and keeping me updated with honest and accurate information on the status of my order, getting me my part as promised.
