If you want 'above and beyond' customer service, Robin at Bob's Scuba is the person to see. I took my nieces in for snorkeling gear and she was so patient and kind with them. She even called me after we left the store the next day to advise that she found a cheaper combo for the one set so I wanted to return them, she would switch them out. We also had to change prescription lenses from one pair and she made sure we had the correct prescription before we left! This level of customer service is just so impressive and appreciated. - via
