Today when we went in I advised the lady at the front desk that we were told outside of the test class we were paying for 5 classes at a time. As of todays date my daughter would be on a new payment plan and my son would still have one class left. She began to roll her eyes while explaining that payments were monthly, I replied by saying now I feel like you’re giving me attitude. Instead of her apologizing she continued to roll her eyes and repeated herself once more. I gave her my card to go ahead and process the payment because my kids love it there. In the mist of her typing I asked her did she process the payment, she clearly ignored what I asked and asked for my billing information. I refuse to be somewhere with my children and take this type of disrespect, we will no longer bring our children here! - via
