This is the first review I have ever posted, I just felt so compelled given the service. I went to four other dive shops on the island for help replacing a battery on my dive computer. All the other shops either did not service my computer brand or gave me a 4-hour ETA to replace the battery, a job that takes between 5 to 10 minutes. I asked at Bruce Bowker’s dive shop and the woman working immediately said yes and serviced my dive computer on the spot. As a result we purchased more merchandise from this shop. In past years diving we have also had excellent service from this shop when our weight clips needed to be replaced in our BCD’s. They were the only shop on the island with the parts available. This dive shop is by far the best outfitted with the highest customer service on Bonaire. Skip other dive shops and just go here for parts and service. - via
