My husband and I have never had worse customer service in our life. It was the owner (Casey) who is a male and the younger female who was way better help than he was. The shop is still coming together which I understand if it just recently opened. But when he stepped in to assist with an order his questions sounded rushed and irritated. After we called to cancel an order we didnt receive yet he snapped and said it clearly states on the receipt no returns only store credit. Just like anyone else who would've been treated that way, my husband said ok I'll be sure to leave you a review on Yelp. He pretty much said if you're gonna threaten me you're not getting anything and hung up. Mind you we are very nice and understanding people, but if you want to have a successful business you should treat your customers better. Absolutely no patience or professionalism. Sad because who doesnt love supporting small businesses. - via
