BEWARE!!! Back in March 2020 both my fiancé and I paid for the scuba certification course, $429 each, $858 total. Due to covid the class was postponed, which was totally understandable. However, several months passed with no communication as to when/if they intended to resume classes. We reached out many times through both calls, emails, and Facebook messages, and only once did we get a response from Rob (the owner) saying that they were no longer holding classes and that we would get a refund. That was in October, and now it is March 2021 and my fiancé and I still have not received a refund or reimbursement of any kind. We have tried to reach out since then but have never heard back. So now we are out $858 and the owner clearly has no intention of doing anything about it! I don’t know how someone like that stays in business. Stay away from Patriot Dive Center! - via
