Checked in on 3/18/24. We have 3 rooms for a girls trip. Arrived at 4:00 PM. Our rooms were not ready until 8:10. We were not the only ones who did not have a room until late. The lobby was filled with people who could not check into their rooms. NO comp for drinks or dinner while we waited. On the second night we had a knock on the door, housekeeping wanted to know if we needed service. The resort did waive the resort fee, which was not even included in the reservation.
They said they were short of staff. - via
