Im not a tough critic by any means but if i can save you any efforts and money, please dont stay here. Im currently on my last day and someone stole my belongings I had in the backyard of my room which included expensive clothes i had drying. The security department is no help.
The food is super underwhelming
Much of the staff itself was extremely rude to me on multiple different occasions. At every meal I noticed they attend to you very slow it seems unless your tipping or look like you might tip. When I was asking about help with pizza since nobody was there attending the station, they first acted as if they didnt hear me then declared they only do alcohol here , he cant help with the pizza. As if me asking about help hurt his soul.
They dont serve drinks at breakfast..
room service not included unlike other all inclusives.
Im very disappointed. In fact breatheless resort really blows this ghetto resort out of the water. I would rather stay at breathless resort any day. - via
