I understand times are tough for a lot of businesses. However, it’s really frustrating to buy a Groupon only to find out this business is not taking reservations and they’re not sure when they’ll start. I’ve been trying to get my refund for several weeks! They don’t respond to voicemail or email! They should be the ones to initiate my refund. - via
