Review about what they have at the Sunscape Dominicus Hotel:
- Terrible customer service. Almost every day we went to ask to sign up for classes (which included us in the hotel) and they didn't know the time (they assigned us a time and then told us it wasn't that time...).
- The staff is very incompetent, not very decisive and professional.
- the water bike was not working well.
- and finally, I requested the diving course, they told me that they don't do it that day (when they have a sign saying that they offer it daily) and two hours later I see that they are doing it. - via
