Ive worked with this company twice. The first time was with Heather who gave me a good experience. I was planning another trip and decided to use this company again. She recommended another agent, Becky. Becky has been absolutely horrible. She is impossible to get in touch with and takes over 3 weeks to respond to emails after multiple follow ups. I would NOT recommend working with her. I’ll be finding a new travel agent and company after this experience! - via
