Ich war mit Cantamar 3 Tage tauchen. Es gibt ein kostenloses Shuttle, was dich auch am Hotel abholt. Das habe ich aber erst am letzten Tag mitbekommen. Ansonsten hat der Transport leider auch nicht direkt geklappt. Aber das Office hat immer direkt reagiert. So dass ich rechtzeitig zum Boot kam. Deshalb gibt es hier keinen Abzug. Denn wenn etwas nicht richtig lief, haben sie sofort gehandelt.
Das Tauchequipment war gut. Ich hätte mir bei den kalten Temperaturen jedoch Suits mit Mütze und Schuhe gewünscht. Das gibt es hier leider nicht.
Ansonsten haben sich meine atauchguides gut um alle gekümmert und auch Zusatzinformationen zur Region gegeben.

Im Detail: Leider war ich sehr enttäuscht. Obwohl ich merfach nach der Check in Zeit gefragt habe, war diese nicht ausreichend um die Formulare auszufüllen und das Equipment anzuprobieren. Die wollten tatsächlich, dass ich das Equipment gar nicht anprobiere. Dadurch entstand ein totaler Stress! Sowohl das Briefing als auch die Informationen im Vorfeld waren unzureichend. Der nur aus Franzosen bestehende Staff hat deutlich gemacht, dass jeder nicht-französisch-sprechende Taucher eine Last und nervend ist. Da die Gäste hauptsächlich Franzosen waren, wurde auf dem Boot nur noch französisch gesprochen. Die restlichen TaucherInnen wussten teilweise nicht, wer jetzt was wohin bringt. Alles musste nachgefragt werden und wurde unzureichend erklärt.
Das Equipment ist ok. Es gibt nur 3mm Anzüge. Keine Schuhe. Handschuhe dürfen nicht angezogen werden.
Für mich war es einfach alles zu knapp getimt und dadurch wurde ein enormer Druck gemacht. Das hat mir den Tauchgang schon etwas vermiest. - via
