This drive shop is amazing! I spent hours researching and reading reviews for dive shops in Barbados and I couldn’t have picked a better place to get certified. I have crazy anxiety with trying to dive and I attempted to get certified before through another place and wasn’t able to do it. I reached out to Roger about having a one-on-one instructor for my dives and not only was he the most accommodating and understanding person about me being needy, he didn’t gouge me for this extra assistance.
Moreover, he set me up with the most wonderful instructor, Seth! I love that guy so much! He was calm, meticulous, patient, funny, and literally held my hand through all of it. He understood my hang ups better than I did and just had this calming manner about him when I was stressing out. I never would’ve been able to get past the first dive if it wasn’t for Seth.
Now I’m actually certified AND trying to figure out when I can get back to Barbados to dive with these guys. Everyone that works here is equally amazing and they really care about their divers. Although I will dive elsewhere, I doubt that any other place will live up to Roger and his crew! - via
