We had a very rough time leading up to the actual sunset cruise. We were originally booked for an all-inclusive: DJ, open bar, and full dinner sunset catamaran cruise as a gift to our 70 guests for our wedding weekend. 2 days before our cruise, we received an email saying our boat was under construction and not available for our scheduled date. It was one of the most stressful moments of my life as we now had 70 people who were promised a beautiful sunset cruise. It took a bit, but we were rebooked on the Jungle Cruise. Not a dinner cruise, but a party boat. Not that we can't party, but it was not what we had described or our guests were expecting. All our guests had an amazing time, but the stress as well as all the extra accommodations we had to make was way more of an ordeal than it should have been. We were compensated, and they did give us a bottle of tequila to apologize, but on the card they had said they "thought it would be done in time" meaning they knew of the mechanical issues way ahead of time, but waited 2 days before our boat to tell us. All in all it was very frustrating and stressful. The boat crew of the Jungle Cruise, especially Danny, made our night absolutely amazing and fun. Deysi was helpful during our issue and was very apologetic. I just would watch incase you book, be prepared. - via
