I had an incredibly positive experience with this store. I booked an open water dive certification class, but the website was unclear (which they admitted to) and the one i booked did not include a confined water dive. when they found this out my dive master and instructor, David, was so accommodating. he was very flexible and we were able to get that sorted to add to the class so I could get my certification. The weather was poor every day I was there so unfortunately, I was never able to go out to the reef to dive, but we were able to complete the certification in the canal. David was an extremely patient and knowledgeable instructor. I felt very comfortable and safe while learning from him and would definitely complete any future certifications here. - via
