Worst dive shop I've experienced, went in on Saturday to hire gear as I was visiting Tauranga, one of the two tanks hired had a bad o ring that obviously never got checked when we left the shop, when we came back on Sunday, we got told it was all our fault and we should be carrying spare o rings even though I was clearly hiring all the gear so didn't have my normal kit with me, no sympathy from the older bald guy that served us, most miserable guy to deal with. If you hire out bad gear, you might want to let the customers know prior to leaving the store that they might need spare o rings. - via
