This is a specific review that won't apply to most, but gives some insight into this company for all.
I booked a snorkeling trip online, and followed up with a note to let this company know I am a paraplegic and use a wheelchair. I notes that I'm a good swimmer and have snorkeled in many places, most recently an awesome trip to Vieques with Pure Adventure. They responded with, "we're not wheelchair accessible." I followed up by saying that there is a wide range of abilities among disabled people, and asked specifically what issues I would face on their tour. The woman I spoke with refused to engage and just kept repeating, "it's not wheelchair accessible."
I cancelled reservation and contacted Pirate Shack. They were awesome and accommodating and worked with me to make a fun trip work.
You May not have a disability, but based on my experience I would not count on this company accommodating anything out of their expectations or responding well if an unexpected situation occurs.

They were great! Very accommodating and willing to eork with me being a paraplegic and my elderly mom. Took us to 2 spots with fun snorkeling. Hector was great guide in water, pointing out a lot of fish and giving info on the species we saw. Lunch was delicious. We went on morning tour, so didn't take advantage of all drinks in the cooler, but the supply was generous.

Fantastic day at Playa Verde in Vieques. Excellent knowledgeable crew. Well organized and accommodating. I use a wheelchair, (t12 paraplegic,) and they were really great about making sure everything went well. Lots of turtles and fish. Totally recommend. - via
