We’ve booked a staycation for three nights in the one bedroom (plus living room) chalet. The weather wasn’t great so we had to spent some time indoors. However, the cleaning of the room is questionable and is a reason for concern. It smelled old and dusty and I developed a severe dust allergy and we had to shorten our trip. Housekeeping would literally spent 10min at ours by making the bed, sweeping the floor and emptying the bins. No dusting or hovering of the carpet, the curtains and couch are dirty and old. The place is outdated and needs revamping asap. The gym was open but most of the machines weren’t working. Not sure if the aircons get cleaned regularly because when you turn them on there’s this horrible smell. - via
