So, I grew up in the Palm Beach Gardens area. I remember coming to this store 5+ years ago and being slightly disappointed with the quality of care and customer service I was met with. At the time there was a British fellow running the store who was rather short with me and not too helpful. I honestly wasn't sure if I would return. However, with my wife's interest in the third lungs due to the fact that our children aren't of age for Scuba certification, I decided to go in and give the place another shot. Much to my delight, I had a completely different experience this time around! The store is under new management and the employees were both extremely helpful and seemed to actually want my experience to be a good one (who would have thought that's how retail should work, right?). Although I did not purchase a Third Lung from them on the spot, I will definitely be returning here for any dive related needs in the future! - via
